Stuck in the middle.

I always seem to find myself stuck right slap bang in the middle of everyone's problems. I don't know how this manages to happen.
It's like earlier this guy has gone out of his way to message me on facebook about his problems. We're not even friends on facebook.
Fair enough i don't mind but there must be someone else to talk to.
I make sure my mates know i'm there for them no matter what.
But everyone having problems at the same time is rather stressing me out because i don't know what to do half the time and i spend atleast 30 minutes pulling my hair out trying to figure out what to say.

Bird at the moment is my saviour.
I do love that girl to pieces.
